Abstract

Pembelajaran Alquran Hadis memiliki karakteristik yang kompleks, dimana setiap guru dituntut mampu menguasai materi, seperti bacaan dengan tajwid yang benar, hafalan ayat dan hadis yang tinggi, menguasai asbabun nuzul dan asbabul wurud, dan kemampuan tafsir ayat dan hadis. Rumit dan kompleksnya materi pelajaran Alquran dan Hadis berimplikasi kepada tuntutan guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensinya, khususnya bidang pedagogic. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, multikasus, dan instrumennya adalah peneliti sendiri yakni secara partisipatory, mendalam, dan kontiniu, hingga datanya jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogic menekankan kemampuan mendesain perangkat pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran secara efektif, dan penilaian (evaluasi) pembelajaran yang tepat. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran Alquran dan Hadis sejatinya menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat, seperti contextual teaching and learning, problem based learning, dan cooperative learning, menerapkan varied methods seperti metode ceramah, metode tugas, drill (latihan), kelompok, diskusi, dan refleksi, serta teknik pembelajaran berupa desain kelas, gaya komunikasi, penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis online, diselingi dengan anekdot dan lagu-lagu. Kualitas pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Alquran Hadis yang terealisasi di dalam kelas, akan berimplikasi kepada meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa. (Quran and hadith learning activity have a complex characteristic, where every teacher should be master on their material, such as the right tajwid, memorizing ayat and hadist, master on asbabun nuzul and asbabun wurud, and the competency to interpret the ayat and hadist. The complicated and complexity of material of Quran and hadith had an implication toward the teachers’ demand in improving their competency, especially in pedagogic competence. This method is qualitative method, multi cases, and the instruments are the researchers their selves through participatory, intensive, and continue, until the data is over. The result of the data show that the pedagogic competence is emphasize competency to design learning devices, implement an effective learning process, and an appropriate learning evaluation. The learning implementation of Quran and hadith is basically use an appropriate learning strategy, such as contextual teaching and learning, problem based learning, and cooperative learning, through varied method such as speech method, task method, drill, group, discussion, reflection, and learning strategy such as class design, communication style, the use of learnin material online base, interspersed with anekdot and some songs. The quality of learning strategy on Quran and hadith subject which is realized in the classroom will give implication toward the improvement of students’ learning result).
