Abstract
ENGLISH : If women’s right is the problem for several modern Muslim, it is not because Koran and Hadith, not also of tradition only, because of that right contradict with necessity elite men. Gender is global issues recently more active discussed, although gender never meant wrong. Gender is the term news. Gender inequality is divine creation, the all from God. Different with feminism perspective that gender inequality is social construction.
