Abstract
ENGLISH : The instinct to belong to every human being is always the lead in carrying outhumanitarian functions as a caliph (klalifah) in the earth as the integration of the goal the creation of man himself. The problem of leadership by everyone, both men and women all would be held accountabel. The ideal concept of leadershipin a variety of matters, both national leadership, state, community, domestic, and like have been set in the Sunnah or Hadith Propehet Muhammad Saw. The leadership of women in the household and the community understood that ineach unit is a absolute must, especially for ever famaly, because they are always together and have a spouse and famaly feel. Women as syaqaiq ar-rijal (male siblings) positions and rights similar to men.
