Abstract

Political Islamic education during the old order is directed towards the renewal and development of the institution in accordance with the demands of teh times, but thus attempt failed.In addition because Indonesia is still in a state of transition, as well as the ideological force that affects the political situation and government policies.Including the political influence of islamic education.Future Governmnets long pull of the three forces are in the nationalist,secular-communist and the power of islam.New order governments's determination to implement Pancasila dan UUD 1945 pure and consistent and clear debris mental communists in Indonesia,making religion a crutch force in building a national culture and preserve the values of Pancasila and the 1945 constitution is why so devotion to God Almighty One is a national educational goals in order to develop the nation and the national culture.Political future of islamic education must remain grounded in the Qur'an and Sunnah,not in Western modernism,nor the orthodoxy of the past.Political Islamic education geared to empower people,bulid bargaining power of the people,and the building of islamic civilization
