Abstract
Morphology is the study of word formation including the ways new words are coined in the language of the world and ways forms of words are varied depending on how they’re used in sentence. Hence, it can be conclude that morphology studies the patterns of formation of words by the combination of sounds into minimal distinctive units of meaning called morphemes.Generally Morphology is all about syntax of words. It is focused on the relative arrangement of morphemes in a word plus the principles and rule which determine such an arrangement.To find the student’s in mastery Inflecational and derivational Morphem the Second grade of MA DDI Tellu Limpoe . Researcher would use the Rasch Model data analysis technique. This model is a one-parameter item response theory (IRT) model that presupposes that each item is a difficulty parameter. This model also arranges abilities and items based on difficulty. Based on the Result of tems researcher show that : the students 'ability scores in bound morphem, there wree 2 students who were able to answer all questions with a value of 5.25 logit.while the low score -1.31 logit.of all the questions answered by students.Meanwhile,the avarage score of the students ability was 25 of all the questions answered by all students.
